Electraimpianti

Certified Fire Suppression Systems

We design and build certified fire suppression systems and fire sprinkler system solutions for industrial, marine and oil & gas applications.

At Electraimpianti the mechanical side and the electrical/electronic side are developed in-house, so every project is born as an integrated whole rather than a sum of separate supplies.

Fire Suppression Systems

Fire Suppression Systems
and Fire & Sprinkler Systems Built to Specification

Every fire suppression system must meet specific requirements: what conditions it will operate in, what standards it must comply with and what performance it must deliver.

That is why we develop fire pump sets and fire and sprinkler systems solutions starting from the client's technical specification, adapting the design to the real operating conditions of the site.

We work in compliance with reference standards such as EN 12845 EN 17451, UNI 11292 and NFPA 20, with the flexibility to intervene on both the mechanical configuration and the control side.

Mechanical and Electrical Integration of the Fire Fighting System

The difference in the final product comes from the ability to manage the project without dispersion across different suppliers.

At Electraimpianti we design and build the mechanical side of the fire fighting system and the electrical/electronic control side in-house, so the client has a single technical contact from the analysis phase through to testing.

This approach simplifies coordination, speeds up design modifications and makes technical support faster.

Custom Configurations for Fire Fighting packages

We provide several configurations, based on customer’s specifications and reference standards:

Single pump package sets, Horizontal Split Case or End-Suction, Diesel engine driven.

Also integrated into enclosures or containers.

Single pump package sets, Horizontal Split Case or End-Suction, LV or MV Electric motor driven.

Also integrated into enclosures or containers.

Single pump package sets, Vertical turbine, Diesel engine driven.

Also integrated into enclosures or containers.

Single pump package sets, Vertical turbine, LV or MV Electric motor driven.

Also integrated into enclosures or containers.

Completely customized Multiple pump package sets, incorporating Horizontal or Vertical turbine pumps.

Also integrated into enclosures or containers.
Based on the project we select the most suitable metallurgy: cast iron, bronze, duplex, superduplex and AISI 316L stainless steel,
depending on the fluid, the environment and the reference specification.

Accessories, Construction Variants and Special Conditions

An effective system is not just about pump selection. Everything that makes it consistent with the context where it will be installed matters as well. That is why we integrate accessories and construction variants that allow the system to meet precise operational requirements.

Available customisations include:

Heating and cooling
Standard and emergency lighting
Sprinkler protection
UPS
Dedicated grooved or flanged piping
Flow measurement test circuit
Coatings for aggressive environments
Colour to client specification
Sensing line
Connection box for remote signal routing

For containerised packages we can also develop construction variants compliant with ISO 1496 series 1, sized according to ISO 668, fire resistance class EI 60 or EI 120, A1 or A2 panelling and ISO 1161 lifting points. In addition we can develop and integrate our fire suppression systems in customized containers for Oil&Gas with a fire resistance class A60, H60 and J60.

Technical Support

Technical Support
and Maintenance for Fire Extinguishing Systems

A fire suppression system does not stop being critical after delivery. That is why we pair design with technical support over time: commissioning, routine and emergency maintenance, spare parts, troubleshooting and design updates when needed.

We also manage fire extinguishing systems for marine, on-shore and off-shore applications, with the related certification and service requirements. The advantage here is the same: whoever intervenes on the system truly knows how it was conceived, built and tested.
