Founded in 1977 in Cornedo Vicentino, Veneto. Started as a small electrical panel workshop.

Today we count: 130+ people, three divisions, 10,000+ m² of production facilities and clients on five continents.

The entire process runs in-house, from the first engineering drawing to the final witnessed test.

We invest in people and R&D over manufacturing volume. We control the full process in-house. The ability to adapt both the electrical and mechanical side of a system mid-project is what sets us apart, which is why we keep our three divisions working in synergy.

Our target clients need a counterpart who understands the specification, the certification requirements, the timeline and the real operating conditions. We want to be the ones who take ownership of that complexity, propose alternatives when needed and adapt mid-project when specifications change, so the client can focus on the rest of the project.

Three divisions under one roof means we can adapt the electrical and mechanical design mid-project, revise timelines when site conditions change, or phase deliveries across multiple sites without losing control of the process.

Even the energy we need to design and build is produced here, in our own facility. The photovoltaic system on the roof of our facilities powers a significant share of our daily operations — the same principle we apply to manufacturing, we apply to energy: no third parties.

Our
history
50 Years of Engineering Innovation

1977
Founded in Vicenza. A small workshop manufacturing electrical panels for diesel generators.
Mid-1980s
The company evolved into a diesel generator sets manufacturer, developing its own microprocessor control boards for automatic starting. Won the first project with Fincantieri.
Mid-1990s
Entered the fire fighting protection market. Won the first project with Telespazio.
2000s
Won the first projects with Saipem, Edison, ENEL. Expanded the engineering team, invested in production infrastructure. The company split for the first time in three business unit: Fire & Water, Control, Energy.Opened regional offices in Brescia, Milan, Turin.
2020s
Launched new FM approved Control Panel for Fire Fighting application. Acquired RC Componenti e Insonorizzazione (Milan) for Enclosures, Containers, Soundproof barriers production and engineering.
2026
Improved Fire Control Panel production range NFPA20 UL/FM, APSAD A2P, EN 12845 and EN 17451, Civil Defence, VDS Improved production capacity to 10.000 m2 with more than 130 specialized workers working under ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
 

How we work
Custom Engineering and Proprietary Products

Build to specification

The client has a requirement. We handle the engineering, the design and the manufacturing. This is where our technical depth adds the most value, and where clients get the most out of working with us rather than a pure manufacturer.

Proprietary product

We do not only work on commission. Part of our activity is dedicated to developing our own products, designed by the R&D team and sold through our direct sales network and distributors. The FM-Listed fire pump controllers are the main example.
