Feasibility Analysis and Proposal
Every engineering project starts with a detailed technical and economic assessment led by a senior project engineer.
Phase 2
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design
Mechanical and electrical engineering run in parallel, coordinated by a dedicated project engineer from start to finish.
Phase 3
Manufacturing
10,000+ m² of production facilities where we manage the full cycle: from cutting and welding through to painting and final assembly. For panels, 4,000 m² dedicated to wiring with over 50 specialised wirers, every operation controlled and documented.
Phase 4
Factory Testing
This is where Electraimpianti has a measurable advantage. Three in-house test facilities: two tanks for horizontal-axis pumps, generators and full-load electrical testing, and an outdoor basin (7 m deep) with certified instrumentation. Tests can be witnessed by clients or third-party bodies.
Phase 5
Start-Up and Commissioning
On request, our engineers are on site for the first start-up and full training for your personnel.

After-Sales and On-Site Support
